Deferred sale and stipulating that the buyer pays one Sa` of barley for each Dirham when the time is due
A: This act is not permissible because it is two kinds of transactions in one. In addition, the price of barley in the future may go up and therefore, the purchaser may be harmed. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
